What to Expect Homeowner Guide

At the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement, each new homeowner will be given a “What to Expect” workbook to help guide you through the selection process. This workbook will help guide you through not only exterior selections, kitchen selections and interior finishes but also important aspects such as electrical needs and how you will use your space. It’s important to review the booklet and “do your homework” before the Design Studio appointment to get the most out of your Design Studio experience.

This is such an exciting time, as you are putting your personal touch on an investment that you can be proud of!

*Villa, Courtyard Cottage, Condominium, and Townhome buyers will not choose from exterior selections. Exterior selection options are for single family home purchasers only.
