The company is offering courtyard cottages at The Cottages at Patterson Farms at 1015 Westgate Dr., its newest neighborhood in Gallatin. They range from 1,411 to 2,107 square feet. Prices start at $249,990.

Courtyard cottages are also available at The Knoll at Fairvue Cottages, located at 352 Madeira Place in Gallatin. Floor plans range from 1,428 to 2,107 square feet. Prices begin at $319,896.

In The Knoll at Fairvue Townhomes, prices begin at $261,990. Floor plans range from 1,674 to 1,991 square feet.
