Caddyshack for RPAC

Caddyshack at RPAC Report by Katie Gray--10.3.13   We had a great day at Caddyshack for RPAC today!  Our hole was challenging and built like a “real putt-putt hole” as many people said. We deemed it a Par 4, but had strokes ranging from 2-23.  I have attached a picture of the woman who got the hole in 2! She was overjoyed! All in all, it went great. We had about 50-60 realtors come through along with about 30 other people who were there as hole sponsors! And as an added plus, we were the only builder represented today! I heard a lot of great feedback and we have lots of interest in our Williamson County communities. I actually had one realtor go on and on about how she sold a house in Bent Creek last year and it was the easiest, smoothest, best experience with a builder she’s ever had, not to mention a fabulous product! After seeing the other holes, we’ve already got some ideas for next year to up the ante! Katie Gray Sales Assistant
