Bob Goodall - President and Owner

Bob Goodall

Bob Goodall is the President and Owner of Goodall Homes and Communities. He graduated from Lambuth University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. As a licensed real estate broker, residential contractor and commercial contractor for over 20 years, Bob has an extensive background in the new home building and selling industry in Middle Tennessee. In addition to his involvement with Goodall Homes and Communities, Bob has served his community in such ways as President - Sumner Association of Realtors, Realtor of the Year, Chairman - Forward Sumner Economic council and numerous others. Bob has been married for over 20 years to Karen and has two children, Hillary and Will.

Jack Ludington - Vice President of Development

Jack Ludington

Jack Ludington began his career as a city engineer in Wilmington, Delaware after graduating from the University of Delaware with his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Jack's experience in land acquisition and development has included projects in 10 different states and has been involved in projects with Centex Homes and Beazer Homes. Throughout the course of his career, Jack has had a hand in the acquisition or development of over 25,000 lots throughout the country.

Chris O'Neal - Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Chris O'Neal

Chris O’Neal is Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Goodall Homes and Communities. He brings over 15 years of sales, marketing and management experience, along with a background with both private and public companies including 6 years of new home sales management experience with NVR, Inc. Chris is a graduate of The University of Tennessee, at Knoxville. Chris and his wife Kyla have two children, Parker and Sullivan.

Rich Pankow - Chief Financial Officer

Rich Pankow

Rich Pankow is the Chief Financial Officer for Goodall Homes and Communities. He brings nearly ten years of financial experience, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Master of Accountancy from the College of William and Mary to the Goodall team. Rich and his wife, Jenny, have a newborn son, William.

Ryan Clinard - Director of Estimating, Purchasing, & Design

Ryan Clinard

A native of Gallatin, Tennessee, Ryan earned his Master's of Business Administration degree while working full time for Goodall Homes in 2007. Ryan has been in the home building industry for four years, is married to his wife, Stacy, and enjoys hunting in is free time.

Keith Porterfield - Chief Operations Officer

Keith Porterfield

Originally from Cadiz, Kentucky, Keith started his career by serving in the military for seven years. Keith served as a helicopter communication and navigation systems repair specialist during the first Gulf War in 1990 and 1991. After his military service, Keith began his career in the building industry in 1995 when he ran his own custom homebuilder business. Keith is married to Deanna and they have two children, Andrew and Ryan.
